There was a version of you who felt more alive in her body.

She felt more present.

More expressive.

More connected to herself.

More open to pleasure, sensation, and desire.

And then life happened.

Stress. Responsibility. Relationships. Survival.

Learning how to hold it all together.

Learning how to stay functional, even when you didn’t feel like yourself anymore.

And slowly… she went quiet.

Not gone.

But buried.

Now you might feel:

emotionally flat or disconnected

like your body is something you manage, not inhabit

like your sensuality or sexual energy has gone offline

like you’re “fine” but not fully alive

like you don’t recognize your own spark anymore

This workshop is for that moment.

Not to fix you.

Not to improve you.

But to help you come back into contact with yourself again.

Because numbness is not your personality.

It’s a protective response.

And underneath it is sensation.

Life force.

Desire.

You.

What this workshop is

WHERE DID SHE GO? is an energetic and interactive experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and your capacity to feel again.

We work gently—but directly—with:

nervous system regulation and safety in the body

reconnecting to sensation and presence

dissolving layers of emotional and energetic shutdown

reawakening aliveness, expression, and desire

This includes your sexual energy

This workshop also includes guided exploration around:

how your body actually likes to be touched for arousal and turn-on

how you respond to different types of touch, pressure, pacing, and presence

how you like to be spoken to in order to feel open, receptive, and turned on

reconnecting to your personal erotic blueprint through felt experience (not theory)

This is not performance.

This is not about doing it “right.”

It is about listening to your body again—so you can remember what feels good, safe, and alive for you.

You are always in choice. Nothing is forced.

But we do not bypass the truth that sexual energy is part of your life force—and for many women, it is one of the first places numbness shows up.

Who this is for

This workshop is for women who are ready to stop numbing, overriding, or disconnecting from themselves—and are willing to gently explore what it feels like to come back online in their body, including their sensual and sexual self.

If you are not ready to engage with that level of embodiment, this workshop may not be the right fit yet.

The invitation

You don’t need to become someone new.

You don’t need to fix yourself.

You don’t need to force desire or spark.

You just need space to feel what’s already here underneath the shutdown.

Because she didn’t disappear.

She went quiet so you could survive.

And now… she’s ready to come back.
